Welcome to NextHome Simplicity — we’re so excited to have you here! 🎉 To get started, please complete your onboarding checklist as soon as possible. Some of these tasks are required by local and national regulations, and all of them are essential to getting you fully set up and ready to work. The checklist should be completed *alongside* your training — both need to be started right away. If you’ve closed 12 or more properties in the past 12 months, begin with the Experienced Agent Training, which covers advanced strategies, key tools, and the tech you’ll need to operate smoothly within our office. If you’ve closed fewer than 12, start with the New Agent Training, designed to build a strong foundation and help you gain momentum quickly. Unless special circumstances apply, all training should be completed within one month — more than enough time to work through these proven, business-building resources. Your progress, quiz scores, and video views are tracked — not to micromanage, but to help keep you on track and ensure you’re set up for success. We trust you’re here to grow, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
